Cancellation Policy

Notice Period

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

This allows us to offer the spot to someone else in need.
Cancellations or changes can be made online, via email or over the phone.

Deposits & Fees

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be forfeited. If we fail to fill the spot, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment will be charged.
Failure to attend (missing your appointment without notice) may be charged the full appointment fee.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens. If something beyond your control occurs, please let us know — we aim to treat all situations with compassion and fairness.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

Your session may be shortened to avoid overlapping with other clients.
The full fee will still apply.
