Bookings and Payments

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• To honour your time and ours, we kindly require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be paid during your visit.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provided at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients

• Full session fees still apply for late arrivals

Client Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate health information and update us on any changes

• You are responsible for following any aftercare advice or following prescribed herbal instructions

• Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns following treatment

Health and Safety

• JADE Health uses single-use, sterile equipment and follows strict hygiene protocols

• If you are feeling unwell (e.g fever, cough, runny nose, rash), please reschedule your appointment.

Herbal Prescriptions

• Herbal formulas are prescribed on your individual health needs

• Herbs are non-refundable once dispensed.

• Always follow dosage instructions and notify us of any unexpected reactions.

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed

• Decline provision of treatment in cases of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour.

 

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and health information collected is kept confidential and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be shared without consent, except where legally required.
